Contract Management

Contracts group, recreate, and duplicate work orders. Work orders assigned to a contract can be filtered from the dashboard and managed on the Contract Management page.

Contract Types:

Duplicate Work Orders

Duplicate Work Orders create a work order for each customer location (Asset) on a contract, making them ideal for repetitive work across multiple assets, such as lighting installs or A/C updates. Services can also be grouped by service type, allowing different crews (for example, mowing and flower bed maintenance) to receive separate work orders while remaining under the same customer contract.

Recurring/Preventative Maintenance Work Orders

Recurring Work Orders automate preventative maintenance and other recurring work by creating work orders on scheduled dates and intervals, from weekly to every five years. Each recurring service can have its own start and end dates, enabling season-specific scheduling instead of sharing a single start date.

Service Work Orders

Service Work Orders organize work orders by contract, making them easier to search and manage from the dashboard.
