Syncing QuickBook's Employee Users
How to sync Employees from QuickBooks to Lexul properly.
Overview
Employees added in QuickBooks will sync to Lexul as users.
→ New users are Inactive by default.
→ An Admin must activate them in Lexul before login.
QuickBooks Online
When an employee is added:
→ Employee syncs to Lexul as Inactive.
→ Admin activates user in Lexul.
If the employee is set to Inactive in QuickBooks Online:
→ User becomes Inactive in Lexul.
If reactivated in QuickBooks Online:
→ User must be manually reactivated in Lexul.
QuickBooks Desktop
When an employee is added and synced:
→ Employee syncs to Lexul as Inactive.
→ Admin activates user in Lexul.
If the employee is set to Inactive in QuickBooks Desktop:
→ User becomes Inactive in Lexul.
If reactivated in QuickBooks Desktop:
→ User must be manually reactivated in Lexul.
