Re-Adding QWC for QuickBooks Desktop
Reset QuickBooks Web Connector Permissions
If the .QWC file was added with the wrong permissions, remove it and add it again to select the correct access settings.
Remove the Application
1. Open the Windows Registry Editor.
2. Go to:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Intuit\QBWebConnector
3. Delete these folders:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Intuit\QBWebConnector\Scheduler\Lexul Field Services
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Intuit\QBWebConnector\SOAPWebServices\Lexul Field Services
Re-Add the QWC File
1. Add the .QWC file back to the QuickBooks Web Connector.
2. When the Application Certificate window appears, select:
→ Yes, always; allow access even if QuickBooks is not running.
This grants the required permissions for automatic syncing.
