Adding, changing, and using work order requirements.
Overview
Work Order Requirements identify the items, skills, or conditions needed to complete a job.
Examples include:
- Hard Hat
- Ladder
- Electrician certification
- Customer signature
What Are Requirements Used For?
Work Order Requirements help with:
- Scheduling work orders.
- Assigning technicians based on skills and capabilities.
- Ensuring job requirements are met before work begins.
Add Work Order Requirements
To create or manage requirements:
Configuration → General Config → WO Requirements
After creating requirements, they can be added to work orders from:
- New Work Order page.
- Administration tab within a work order.
