Sign-In Trouble (Unable to Sign in?)

The perfect article if you are having challenges signing into Lexul.

Trouble signing in? We've all been there. Go through each step to solve your sign-in issue:


1. Double check that your email and password are being typed in properly. (You would be suprised how many are unable to sign in due to incorrectly typing in username and password.)

2. Clear cache and app data from app:

- Android: Press and hold app > App info > Storage & cache > Clear storage > Clear cache (this will also remove biometrics)

- iOS: Settings > General > iPhone storage > Find installed app (Lexul) > Offload app > Reinstall app from app store.

3. Verify you are using the latest Lexul app from the app store. If not, please download the most recent version. Find on iOS and Android stores.

4. Reset passcode. On sign in page select "Forgot Password" > Reset password and sign in again with new code.
